Refunds & Returns
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all our products. You have up to three months to decide whether our products are useful to you.
We abide by UK laws, but in the case of our products, the online distance selling rules do not apply. Usually, you have 14 days to cancel your order, but as our products are digital downloads under £42, the rules do not apply.
And that's why we provide you with our "no quibble" 90-day refund policy.
You can ask for a refund within this period for any reason whatsoever. We don't receive that many requests because our customers find the products useful. But if you wish to have your money refunded back to your debit card, credit card or Paypal account, then please follow these steps.
If you are eligible for a return, please send proof of purchase to email@example.com to begin the process.
Once we have received your notification, we will check on our purchasing system that your purchase cleared. We want to check that our payment processor accepted your payment.
If we agree with your request, you'll receive a refund back to your original payment method.
We will not deduct any admin fees for processing your refund.
Missing or Late Payments
If you have not received your refund, please check your credit card statement, bank account or Paypal account again. Please also check the payment method you use as it could be different than what you believe.
If you still can not locate your refund and we have confirmed your eligibility, then you should contact your payment provider directly and discuss the situation with them.
Sometimes refunds take a little longer, especially during periods of company lockdowns or reduced staff numbers.
